Our Equipment Meets and Exceeds C.S.A. Safety Standards.  Our Inflatable's are licensed through TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority).  Although we have done everything possible to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, there is certain inherited risk when entering a facility such as Amazing Adventures Playland. All persons entering our facility agrees to do so entirely at his/her own risk. If he/she sustains personal injury or property damage by reasons thereof, no claim for him/her on his/her behalf will be made against Amazing Adventures Playland or its parent company The Adventure Group of Companies or its employees.  Caregivers Are Solely Responsible For Their Children in our facility.  Please note, the party host(s) are solely responsible at all times for the actions of his/her guests.

By respecting these basic rules, all guests will be offered an environment made of pleasant interactive play, and a worry-free time. Have fun in our facility!!

• A non-Refundable/Non Transferable Deposit of $50-00 is required to secure your booking. This can be done in person or over the phone by Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash. Due to a high number of enquires; unfortunately we are unable to hold times without a paid deposit.

• Please note, a re-booking fee of $10-00 may be applied to any party deposits that include a time or date change. Deposits are kept on our system 1 year from the original booking date.

• Please confirm your party package and final number count 4 days prior to your birthday party. This will allow our facility staff enough time to ensure your party supplies have arrived and are ready for your birthday party.

• Please note, we cannot discount or substitute unused items in the party package. Regular prices will be charged. Extra time can be purchased for your party [0.5 Hour and 1 Hour Additional]. Please note, additional time must be purchased before the party begins. Extra time is non-refundable/non transferable.

• Please note, the Birthday Child is counted as an admission in the party package. Each additional child in your party is $12.00 and will be added to your balance. Children under 1 are free. Children ages 1 and over are counted.

• We allow a 1:1 ratio of children and adults to stay in the facility during birthday parties. If there are more adults than children, a nominal fee of $5 may apply for each extra adult. This admission charge will allow adults to enter our facility and enjoy our equipment, reading material, comfortable seating and wireless internet.

• The balance is due on the day of your party. Help Us - Help You! In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we only accept CASH or DEBIT for the balance.

• We take care of the mess! Please check out from your private party room 60 minutes prior to your party ending. Please follow our recommended eating for pizza, cake and present opening. Your party still continues and we will move your party to the general area for the last 60 minutes of your child's birthday party.

• We reserve the right to charge $15 per 15 minutes for parties that stay overtime in the party room without having this cleared in advance (if it is possible). We will advise you when the party check out will occur. Help Us - Help You!

• In order to maintain a safe environment for your children, we are unable to allow pinatas, sparklers or confetti. No exceptions. This facility follows rigorous cleaning guideline procedures to ensure a clean, attractive and healthy facility.We will charge $15.00 per incident when pinatas, sparklers or confetti items are brought into the facility and lit.

• Outside food and drink is permitted at your party. Please ensure all food items are peanut, treenut and nut free. Plates and cups are required for outside food and drink, however we will provide plates for our pizza/pancakes We will charge $15.00 per incident when peanuts/nuts/treenuts are brought into the facility.

• We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party. Your private party room will be available at this time.

• Socks are required for everyone. Children and adults are required to remove their shoes. No worries! If you forget to bring them we have socks available for sale. Additional charges will apply for purchase of socks.

• Please note, all refunds are subject to 50% administration charge

• No food, drinks, gum or candy are permitted in the carpeted area, play areas and in the playframe. Food must remain in the general area or the party rooms. No chewing gum is allowed in the premises.

• We suggest that you keep all valuables at home. Amazing Adventures Playland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property brought into or stored on premises. All jewellery and sharp objects must be removed before entering.

• Amazing Adventures Playland has worked to design a safe and fun environment for children to play but cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of playing on any play equipment or for children tripping, falling and bumping into other children or fixed objects. Adults must supervise their children at all times.

• Parents/guardians assume full responsibility and liability for children while on premises. Amazing Adventures Playland reserve the right to refuse admission at any time and to ask any persons to leave at its sole discretion; without reason or refund. Disruptive behavior and bullying will not be tolerated.

• Please note, it is your responsibility to obtain parent/guardian contact info.
