All of our play areas have been carefully planned to minimize the risk of bumps! Our playland equipment is cleaned and sanitized daily to ensure the good health and safety of our patrons and employees!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

I'm not going in the play structure, why can't I wear my shoes??

We ask that all guests please remove your shoes for three reasons:
Cleanliness - Please remember our littlest guests are still crawling and LOVE to put their hands in their mouth. This ensures a safe clean environment
Safety - The children are running around the facility in their socks!
Fun - You have one less obstacle to participating in the FUN with your kids!

If my child cannot leave the playland without me, why can't I leave and come back in a few hours to pick up ??

Supervising adults must be responsible for their childs behaviour!
ln the event your child should have an injury or medical concern of any kind, please note, we are not legally authorized to make decisions for your child.

If I don't want to host a birthday party, why can't I pay for admissions and bring my own cake and open presents??

We specialize in hosting birthday parties for children from 0-12 yrs!
We provide our party guests with a private room where they can have their cake and celebrate their birthday party. Our customers who have chosen to have their party at Amazing Adventures Playland pay special party prices. Please note we do not allow any group, small or large to have a birthday party without booking a party room.
